Pacifis is going to be good for this event and it's one of the cheapest decks in the entire game. Basically every single in-archetype card and even most of the extra cards that you need are R or N and it's really easy to learn. Slap your field down (it's REALLY important, so you could add some copies of Planet Pathfinder or Metarverse to be sure), summon some tokens or a Megalosmasher X and search for the appropriate hand traps that can help shutting off your opponent's strategy at the right time. Cards like Lost Wind and Fists of the Tenyi help a lot with protection, also you can run cards like Supernatural Danger Zone and Piercing the Darkness to get extra pops and more consistency. When it's your turn again you use your equips on the right monster, summon your Phantasm Spiral Dragons during the Battle Phase (I recommend running only 2, with 3 you can brick easily) and you swap your equips around with your traps from the GY to maximize your damage. It's a genuinely good deck but the main downside is that it can be a bit bricky if you don't draw your field. I'd still recommend giving it a try since it's basically free lmao
Wouldn't playing a token deck with no in archetype negates be really bad into evenly? Ngl I think the loaners would be better if you just want a budget deck
@@AxielFan That's kinda why the Solemn stuff and Fists of the Unrivaled Tenyi are there usually. You draw as many cards as you can with your pots since you don't need your extra deck anyways, and then pray that you get any negate. Also the token can only get summoned when your opponent activates any card or effect, so you can just wait if you have any reason to believe that the opponent might have it. Usually I wait for them to show me any archetype card to summon it so that I can choose the correct hand-trap to stop them. And even if you do get Evenly'd, you can still kinda salvage the situation by keeping the field, summoning your token and get yourself a hand-trap or equip. It's not a meta deck by any means obviously, but it's genuinely a lot of fun to play and it's a cheap alternative for people who get bored of the loaners.
