Still my favourite track. always relaxes and calms me. like the person underneath me, i cannot believe it has been 10 years! I remember the first time i heard this shortly after it released and constantly telling my mates to listen to it back in secondary school. I swear i was the only person in my year obsessed with drum and bass haha! oh well Good times, and the fact im not sick of this song yet even after all these years proves that this track is genuinely my favourite song and not just my most played in iTunes for any odd reason.

I dont listen to much DnB and i Dont listen to Dub step or Happy hardcore, trance none of that shit.. but High COntrast.... Might be one of the best Beat makers next to Alchemist.. I heard this song for the first time on a wow pvp video by Vuzdorlva(this was around 2006), a Tauren rank 14 warrior, and for some reason he named all the songs except this one so i spent years to find it until i found the app Shazam and used it on the pvp movie. It was such a good feeling to finally find the one song you've been searching for forever.
This song gives me butterflies like the anticipation you get waiting for Molly.

I came here, after Tristan from Truth played this on Twitch. It gives me so many strong feelings. So much nostalgia, even though I never listened to it before. I can only imagine how this makes you guys feel, when you already heard it 16 years ago...
Its a great feeling to come back to every year or so. I had went through my old dnb songs I had downloaded over the years as a kid becauae of having this song pop into my head. Eas a great trip down memory lane!

Not enough tunes these days go for the rolling intro, it creates a nice momentum and it means the drop is so understated. Now it's too much about building up for a mega drop...this tune is a classic example just crisp drums a bouncy sub and beautiful strings...

I miss the melodic, soul but forward thinking vibe that somehow died in Drum & Bass....ive been listening to DnB since 1995....and it seems to get very hard to find great music...not just great 'tracks" but music that stays relevant and that i can emotional connect too. Phil Tangent was the last producer that somehow did that....
