Next five or 10 years we’re really going to see some catastrophic climate events. Need to hustle on those offshore wind projects. Please design for 250 mph wind. Expensive yes but cheaper than doing it twice.

What I experienced was that the gusts would come and go 'randomly' , some gusts were really really strong .
