    Thank you for this video. Any chance for a recap on the 6 - 3 decision by you or your panel?
    It appears your panel was spot on accurate about the ruling and the punt to no standing leaves a lot undecided.
    Love to hear more about the decision.
    I am not a lawyer and I have read and listened to the briefs and the oral arguments, as well as having read the decision and dissenting opinion.
    Probably most important issue of my life time as a baby boomer.

    The attorney arguing for the future of free speech on the internet was one of the worst attorneys I've ever encountered. The attorney arguing for censorship crushed it. Very sad.
