500 g spinach
1 onion
2 tomtoes
1 tbsp heaped ginger garlic paste
1/2 lemon juice
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
2 inch cinnamon stick
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 cup oil
some green chilies

U made it easy for me, Pehle hum palak ko boil kar k, dodh daal k, pr phr Grind kar k daalte the, but ap ne to direct hi daal k asaani peda kar di, thanks a lot...
acha 1 mashwara lena hai ap se, jese ap ne Total 1kg Handi (Half kg chicken and half kg palak) main 2 tsp Dhaniya powder dala hai, agar main is saalan ko 3KG karna chahon (1.5 kilo palak and 1.5 kilo chicken) to kya Dhaniya powder, zeera ye sab b double, tripples hote jayen gay? Q k mujhe Ek Daig pakaane wale ne bataya hai k Zeera and dhaniya powder, haldi 1 KG k hisab se dalte hain bas namak or mirch tezz kar k 3 kG k hisab se daalen gay. ap kya guide karen gi?
