For years fats have been demonised, and so it’s quite understandable that people would be hesitant about adding more to their diet. However, fats are not to be feared. They’re a macronutrient, which means that we need them in relatively large quantities, and are vital for optimal health.

I use flaxseed in my smoothies’ in my oatmeal!
When doing carnivore which macro should be higher Fat or Protein. Also do the calories matter for fat loss too or only weight loss? Thanks
Proteins are always a priority for muscle repair n fats are essential for body health so both are equally important for your diet, to answer the second part both go hand in hand building muscle will boost your metabolism which will increase your maintenance and thus keeping you lean but to loose fat without building muscle the only way is to loose weight in theory hope this helps :)
I love love salmon’ nut! Avocados 🥑’ and tuna!
Is tuna considered an oily fish?
Tuna has almost no fat. Think sardines, salmon, mackerel, etc for fatty fish.
The only downside to eating fat is you can't have as much as you want because of the damn calories
Fruit is good for our health ! Our bodies ‘ I used to do keto for years! That diet had me afraid of fruit’ carbs! Now I’m enjoying fruit everyday in my smoothies! In my oatmeal!
@@geno5169 I eat fruit I love dried fruits but I don't eat as much as I used to eat because fruit doesn't have protein and I need to build my body back up after years of breaking it down , dried fruits are also high in calories and I can't have as much as I want just like nuts seeds and nut butters LOL
trick is to "stretch" it into dressing for example
if u eat nuts by the handful ull quickly eat lots cuz they so dense
@@sooooooooDark I don't like salad dressings or any type of dressing no oils for me
