i did the math and the probablitlty of not pulling a diamond in 250 regular packs is .006 or a .6% chance. Also pulling 9 in 100 has a probability .00015 or a .015% chance. Which are both statically significant (unlikely to happen by chance).

Use to be every 30 packs you’d get a diamond in standard packs and the amount of duplicates was less. I’ve already pulled packs with duplicates in the same pack. They are milking the fans dry.
