2 things 1. In the exe explanation you might need to emphasize that the exe attacks their target after the TARGET is voted guilty. The way you sentenced it could be misread as the exe getting the target when the EXE is voted guilty. 2. In the Medusa explanation did you mean WITH the necronomicon? The way you wrote that implies that they can stone gaze their teammates without the book and then lose that ability when they get the book. Not trying to be a jerk or anything just wanted to clear up some things that may be misread.

Roles like Arsonist have gameplay loops that are essentially spending the entire game pulling back a giant rubber band, to let loose one colossal SNAP late into the game. Problem is, the setup FOR that snap is very easy to disrupt, AND the waiting time to build up its power can be boring as shit, for both Chilled & most people watching, since all you do is visit someone, & interact with them in a way that does nothing BUT tell them that your role visited them that night, so you can't do some late-game stealth-bomber Arsonist play. In other words, its the most absolute of risks, with barely any payoff when it does work.

I think it's still there, but there are newer roles that also have the same function, and are parts of various factions. Tavernkeeper may have replaced it tho, I'm not sure. I know tavernkeeper and poisoner basically have the same message, and then famine for the apocalypse (starts as the baker and passes out bread). I'm not sure if there is an equivalent for neutral evil. They also keep updating so it's hard to remember what all the various roles do.
I know it's their meta but does it bother anyone else that they never claim alighment and town investigatives never post? It basically makes the game unwinnable to town
I think its less because of any targets being put on their heads for any non-Town alignments, & more a risk of being socially annexed by the crowd that'll unironically call people nerds as an insult for knowing stuff. If you think someone would do that, odds are they'd do that.
Ze if that's what you think of fluffernutter is you have not had a true fluffernutter it's essentially where you take a cake pan you put the entire bottom as crushed up graham crackers then you do a layer of peanut butter a layer of marshmallow fluff then you pour peanuts on top of it and then you put more peanut butter and then another layer of marshmallow fluff with peanuts I've even known people to put a layer of caramel in between the two layers of peanut butter and marshmallow fluff and then you just put it in the fridge let it sit for a little bit and then you cut it into bars and now you have your own homemade candy bars and it is the most fucking amazing thing ever
