I love their sweet messiness and there is so much potential to explore every nuance of their past and present relationship. The contrast is intriguing and exquisite so far. AMI is the best new summer dizi this year because of the plot. It is very interesting. I love how the writers are able to convey sheer emotions through beautifully-written conversations between Esra and Ozan in every episode. Lead actors are great, too. There is a fine balance between comedy, angst and romance. Secondary characters are interesting, too. A very enjoyable show thus far. Hope you'll vid them again if you can.

Even though the setting is cliché (self-made multi-millionaire business man employing his ex-wife thinking she is after his money), I love how realistically these two characters are portrayed to the audience when it comes to ego and the fear of falling in love again/admitting feelings out loud after many misunderstandings and exhaustion from trying to make a relationship work. We can empathize with both of them and understand their inner struggles and what caused such a devastating heartbreak in the past. Besides, it's nice to see them break gender stereotypes by having the woman described as a cold robot not believing in love and being closed off. Not all women are extroverted endless romantic persons (a shame to have all the other romcom dizis presenting women as such).
