[PTR] +20 Throne of the Tides - Casting Mistweaver POV (WoW: Dragonflight)

A bit messy but we got a good look at the new/updated mechanics, likely to get severely retuned and even redesigned multiple times more before 10.2 if they handle it anything like they did Vortex Pinnacle. Overall I really like it - a lot of the healing-targeted mechanics feel reasonably within a healer's control. Unfortunately someone bailed after one attempt on the last boss so we couldn't complete, so I cut to some footage from the end of a +12 of the same key for what little it's worth!
