Hi, I came to India for 1 month, should I take PCC from India or when I go back to Canada I should take it from there, one of my colleagues is saying that take it from India, it will save my 60 days, can you please help?
@@199rajesh the processing happens from canada. There might be other in person ways there too but as how the system is setup, they want you to do it in person in their offices or send it via post. Plus the purpose of pcc is after your latest exit from India, have you done anything questionable, and that can’t be done while you are still in india. Long story short, you can submit it once you exit India.
@@691yash in such situations, its more like a coin toss. Most lawyers say you need a more latest one. Just to not complicate things for ircc, i recommend others to get a latest one which is less than 6 months old for your application

PCC doesn't really expire if you leave the country for a short while. Would need again if you stay there for more than 6 months as per IRCC.
