I love bullet journaling. Tula Pink, a fabric designer, said when she gets a new sketchbook she immediately scribbles on the first page to get rid of the "messing up" anxiety. She knows anything after that will be better. When I make a mistake, I either use a white out tape or cover it up with patterned paper.
Two of my favorite things! Bunny and Bullet journaling! If you ever decide on a theme (which isn't 100% necessary, btw, some months my theme is intentional chaos lol) I would LOVE to see your month in action! What you choose to track, how you organize your tasks/schedule, your week/day/month set up, etc. I love those kinds of videos for inspiration and since you're one of my favorite tuber's I'd absolutely tune in for those!

MILD liners!!!!!!! They are MILD colours instead of Neon highlighters they also have a brush tip in the same colours so are fantastic for brush lettering! If you have midliners then you have fakes. So glad someone pointed it out. It always bothers me when people say "mid" or "milk" liner when talking about specifically mildliners. Read the labels people!
The Zebra Mildliner pens are great because they have great non neon highlighter colors. Some of the color sets are just beautiful. They are some of my favorite pens. They have a denim blue color that just makes me feel happy
What’s helped me with bujo is laying everything out lightly with pencil first and it makes it easier to fix if I make a mistake! And with the themes I like that you can switch it up every month it makes it easier to pick
The person that got me into Bujo did it all in a sketchbook without dotted lines or grids like I’ve seen a lot of Bujo doing. It wasn’t neat and tidy. You shouldn’t be afraid to make a mistake just go for it! Love you Bunny!
Bunny. I'm so glad you're here with me. In December and January there were massive storms here that closed everything down and I spent days and days watching Bujo content. I placed so many orders and even have some of the same delightful things you have! My husband hates it because I've taken over the living room with all of my gear and now I'm into fountain pens and ink 😂😂😂. My recommendation would be to just start! I have an A5 Archer and Olive notebook and basically I just started by doing quote pages and a calendar and then went from there. I don't do weekly or daily planning because I use a dated planner, but given all the nice stuff you have you could definitely make some beautiful spreads!

I love bujo. I’ve been doing them for the past 5 years and I’m so grateful I got into it. And I never keep up with the themes I just do what I’m feeling. That’s why I love bullet journaling. I make my own books (currently vinyl or leather covered, working on leather carving and stone embellishments), so I'm obsessed as f with all things stationery. I also really love the Frixion pens for sewing. Specifically pattern tracing. All you have to do once the fabric's cut out is to iron the item, and the pen marks vanish. It's like magic!

First steps into a spiral into anxiety that no doubt would have led to a panic attack (one of the days and something unpleasant tomorrow) I got the notification for this video and immediately felt lighter. I dont know if you can know the amazing affect you have on people, even if it is as basic as delaying/stopping me from spiralling. I have two sets of the Sakura Decorese pens and I love them both. They need a little priming before you use them and you should write a bit slower than usual to get the best effect. They look best on photo paper or acetate sheets and I’ve even used them on clear glass ornament!
Miffy is a Dutch creation! So if you're primarily looking at Asian shops you probably won't see very much of her. For a long time I thought she was a Sanrio character and then I went to Utrecht in the Netherlands and was kind of shocked to see her everywhere
As an artist, I LOVE these type of videos! More please! Also, I don’t enjoy ASMR generally. But I love the sound of using different art supplies. Like fresh markers across paper or color pencils. Also, I need to get those special scissors that cut through tape because I work for Hallmark, and I have to cut through so many boxes with packaging tape on them!

I love bullet journaling and all its supplies. I like mild liners are so good! I like the aesthetic and the colors they offer are different than the generic colors. And I’ve used these and they don’t bleed on a lot of paper
I love journaling so much. On my desk I have 6 different journals one is bullet journal one is a travel journal one is one that I just use for thoughts dreams and recipes one is my bucketlist journal and the last one is a junk journal
I think all of these bujo channels set unrealistic expectations for bullet journalers, your first isn’t going to be perfect, and your second won’t be perfect, it takes practice and trial and error to find what works for you and your planning needs/expectations. Mistakes are supposed to be made. Just go with the flow. Let your creative side flow and don’t be disappointed if it doesn’t turn out exactly how you wanted it to, you have next month to try again!
Yeah, the original concept of BuJo is super utilitarian. I like doing a mix of both. The artistic kind can be a tad much, and gives me performance anxiety, but the super strict minimalist style just leaves me cold
Don’t let picking a theme stop you from bullet journaling! I was having the same problem and what helped me was to scale back and just choose a color for that month. I hated feeling pressured to draw masterpieces every month, so I just stopped!

Late to the party, but Bunny! Start with the original bullet journaling while you get the hang of it! Ryder Caroll invented the original system, and he is a GENIUS. It's simple, there's no pressure for it to be pretty, and I'm slowly adding my own creative twist to it, and THOROUGHLY enjoying it. 🥰

I'm so down for stationary hauls!! I'm a bujo beginner too so I know your struggles, but just go for it! Making mistakes and experimenting with colours, themes, etc. will make your journal more personal. You will get the hang of it with some practice! Can't wait to see some of your spreads!

Hey. Just something I thought I’d said just in case, you can get pens with a 0.38mm tip as well that’s even more fine than 0.5 and they make rollerball, gel pen, all sorts of tip varieties that come in 0.38 or smaller by many brands. Even fineliners can be as small as 0.03mm

I’ve been bullet journaling and my favorite pens are the Zebra Sarasa Clip pens and the PaperMate Inkjoy gel pens!! If you’re gonna use a lot of stickers and washi tape, i would seriously recommend checking out AliExpress. That place is AMAZING

Those Midliner are some of my favorite highlighters. I'm expecting and have highlighted obessively in my "What to Expect When You are Expecting" book and had very little bleed through. Pricey but so worth it.
With the Frixion pens, if you do leave it in a hot place by accident, put it in the freezer over night! Since the ink is heat sensitive, it'll come back.

I've found that with the decorese pens, they work best if you write very slowly with them, the color looks better and the texture gets more raised.

I'm a bujo beginner too so I know your struggles, but just go for it! Making mistakes and experimenting with colours, themes, etc. will make your journal more personal. You will get the hang of it with some practice! Can't wait to see some of your spreads!
Bunny, if you are looking for some nice gel pens to write with try the Zebra Sarasa ones, they are amazing!!! The colors are awesome (my pink one is almost empy!!) and I think Amazon sells them!!!!!! totally reccommend
The black Kuretake (koo-ree-tah-kay) is a brush pen, the nib is flexible to allow thick and thin strokes. Hope that helps !

Hey. Just something I thought I’d said just in case, you can get pens with a 0.38mm tip as well that’s even more fine than 0.5 and they make rollerball, gel pen, all sorts of tip varieties that come in 0.38 or smaller by many brands. Even fineliners can be as small as 0.03mm

I’ve been bullet journaling and my favorite pens are the Zebra Sarasa Clip pens and the PaperMate Inkjoy gel pens!! If you’re gonna use a lot of stickers and washi tape, i would seriously recommend checking out AliExpress. That place is AMAZING

Those Midliner are some of my favorite highlighters. I'm expecting and have highlighted obessively in my "What to Expect When You are Expecting" book and had very little bleed through. Pricey but so worth it.

With the Frixion pens, if you do leave it in a hot place by accident, put it in the freezer over night! Since the ink is heat sensitive, it'll come back.
