She did say that she was dismissing the defendants claim of the right at $1900.00 in its entirety which means that she over ruled the order from the evictions court that the slumlord had sued her in before. That means that order no longer exists, and she doesn't have to pay the slumlord. So if you take the $3500.00 add the $1900.00 she was just awarded $5400.00. So glad the lady had to formal renters information.

Judge Faith did over rule the evictions court judgement of $1900.00 (right at that amount), and order to pay the woman $3500.00 cash, so that gave her an order of $5400.00 altogether. When a judge states they are dismissing a claim in its entirety that means that the full amount and any previous judgment of it is dismissed, and is no longer owed. I think the only way the slumlord even got the eviction against her or the previous tenants is because she knew the judge at the evictions court in their city, and Judge Faith saw right through that when she said the woman when told the evictions judge about the bugs and he ordered she broke the lease anyway. The look on her face when the judge goes and I am dismissing that in its entirety. Slumlord knew she messed up trying to force that in this court.

I think this is 1st time Judge Faith has gotten this upset. I cant believe the landlord would rent the house to anyone, especially when kids are involved. Somehow the slumlord managed to evict her after she had moved out (which is legal if there is time left on the lease), but also got a $1900.00 dollar judgement against her for the remaining amount of the lease (must have been friends with the evictions judge). Judge Faith dismissed that claim in its entirety meaning that she doesn't owe the slumlord that judgement anymore (same as the judgement being appealed), and the add the $3500.00 cash the slumlord was ordered to pay bringing her judgment to $5400.00. That is why Judge Faith said if she could order more she would, but thankfully the tenant got $400.00 over the $5000.00 max, and the Defendant can't ever collect on that money. She would now have to appeal Judge Faith ruling on dismissing it in its entirety and doing away with it.

I dealt with these in 2011. A family friend had them and gave them to me. In 2018 I found that I had an infestation on my new 2,000 furniture set. I think they were in some of the things that I took with me when from the old house when I moved in 2012. I either took some eggs or pregnant ones with me these things are hardly. I was shook! My boyfriend and I successfully got rid of them using food grade and water and dawn blue soap. The dawn kills them suckers. It's very effective.
I love this video. I had a Hampton inn lie about bedbugs I found in the room and claimed they were stinkbugs. Then they tried to claim I brought them in. Hilton corporate gaslighted me and said since I didn’t see them in the first few days It must have been me. Luckily I was able to get the reports to show that they had numerous guest complaints of bedbugs , and they had a pest control inspector mark the hotel as no bed bug activity found each time. He must have been bribed. I haven’t gotten justice yet but I will keep going.

They already had bed bugs because if the house was infested they would have been experiencing bite marks right away

I dealt with these in 2011. A family friend had them and gave them to me. In 2018 I found that I had an infestation on my new 2,000 furniture set. I think they were in some of the things that I took with me when from the old house when I moved in 2012. I either took some eggs or pregnant ones with me these things are hardly. I was shook! My boyfriend and I successfully got rid of them using food grade and water and dawn blue soap. The dawn kills them suckers. It's very effective.

I love this video. I had a Hampton inn lie about bedbugs I found in the room and claimed they were stinkbugs. Then they tried to claim I brought them in. Hilton corporate gaslighted me and said since I didn’t see them in the first few days It must have been me. Luckily I was able to get the reports to show that they had numerous guest complaints of bedbugs , and they had a pest control inspector mark the hotel as no bed bug activity found each time. He must have been bribed. I haven’t gotten justice yet but I will keep going.
