I've lived in La Cote D'Ivoire for a little over 10 years and I think the most impactful Ghanaian gospel artiste in that country is Esther Smith. You hear her songs being played all over. Some churches sing her songs in Twi and some have been translated into French! I believe she doesn't even know how impactful her music has been not only in Ghana but outside the borders of Ghana.
