I have the theory that maybe we have Ascended Loraine for World 18 Like Loraine is a holder for Labose in a safe way and Kaden, sacrificing hiself would make Loraine a beast with all the power of Labose controlled in one being. And the champion is KIA, the figure that is shown is too small for being Kaden (Kaden is always shown as a tall man and the figure looks tiny/medium size, so probably KAI can help us as the champion)

Remember on the w12 nightmare where i play as lilith on the side quest(i forgor the stage) help an npc to giving away pamphlet to the local resident? Plague doctor was shown on that quest and unlike any other npc, he reply with just a triple dot after we gave him the pamphlet. Im surprised that lilith didnt give a special reaction to the encounter. Maybe because she was too focused on giving away the pamphlet or because she didnt know what kaden has been doing on that time.
The reason for Lilith to know PD is Kaden is explained by Vignette. Vignette knew that Kaden experimented with monsters in the past (probably creating Loraine and her clones). For this to be possible, a massacre happened (not as big as the Demon Civil War). But only Vignette knew about this, the rest of the crew (Lilith included) didn't believe Vignette. But, after the battle against Morrian, and seeing Morrian and her army were using Labose to boost their power, Lilith and Vignette realized that someone was using the death of this war as a source o f power to grow the black flower. I don't speak English as my main language so I don't know if all this explanation is understandable. All I have written is on story mode, so you can watch some video of world 17 to see it.

Savior is not as important as he's the puppet in every loops end And ultimately there's something more happening beyond our understanding , we gonna know more about it on season 3 Heaven
The thing is: The Savior is the underdog so long as the loop is present. The loop guarantees his defeat, but if the loop is broken, then the "possibility" of him winning is now a reality. So, it's clear we're trying to stop the loop, but once we do that, he will become the stronger villain. We've only seen his defeat whenever the Guardian had their full power, but in this loop, we're different, so it'd be a truly difficult battle against him even with the Champions/LP.
