I have tried literally hundreds of sleep videos, but never found one that worked for me until I found this...... this SOUND! ❤️🌹 I went to sleep within literally a couple of minutes after I started playing this. I barely remember getting comfy and next thing I knew it was the next morning! Still works!! Now, here is the cherry on top! My 12 year old dog just lost her sister (I have had them since they were puppies). She has been inconsolable. I have tried every kind if homeopathic remedy, a warming stuffed animal infused with lavender, calming drops and chews, and even Trazodone. I watch her on video while I am away at work. She has paced, chewed her crate, and even messed in the crate (something they never did even as puppies). I even took away the crate and put up a good baby gate and her favorite cave bed and blankets on the floor. She chewed the door jamb and the door (again, they never chewed anything even as puppies). I played this video for 2 days now for her in her room. She has slept almost all day! Thank you for creating this awesome video! Every other sleep/meditation video I have tried has sounds that trigger me and keep me awake (thunder, pinging, bells, piano notes, changes in tempo, too high or too low ranges, etc. I have been diagnosed with hypersensitivity. So many things are irritating, upsetting, or annoying to me (sounds, smells, voices, changes in atmospheric pressure, the way certain materials feel to the touch or on my skin, etc.) This is the closest thing to true "white noise" as I have ever heard. I hope this video is always here for me and for anyone else who truly needs a peaceful "space" to drift away in. The only thing better would be to actually be sitting in one of those seats! I have imagined that I am. 🥰
