As a relatively new Chargers fan my sense is that”The Chargers way” is primarily about the strong relationships forged among the players, past and present and as Nick related, “willing to sacrifice for one another.” Jim Harbaugh and his coaching staff are seriously taking this to a higher level of maximum production with intelligence.
