At one point, there's only so much resources to power up your characters, so getting better Arclights might be a better strategy: Not only can you star up duplicates, but also you can find an SSR for your SSR characters, and even if you don't, upgraded SRs Arclights are pretty good, plus as you dismantle Arclights you'll eventually be able to choose an SSR ARclight. So conclusion; if you have a few SSRs, rolling Arclights likely a better idea!
Rolled for her Arclights (had 40k+ gems saved!), got her Arclight at the final batch of 10 pulls, then got her from guaranteed 100 wishes, happy! Not as good as others here, but that's luck! :D
The 100 pull wish thing is only for the character so if you have the resources then go for the arclight first. I went for her firdt thinking I could get the arclight from the 100 wish.

uhh, i just spent 30 tickets and got the arclight and then pulled 10 for her banner and got her instantly.. this is the luckiest banner ive pulled by far. should i pull the rest on her banner or her arclight? (going for 100 pulls to get her to 4 stars)
it is good for me because she gonna target my Shaltear Knight in PVP (Blue VS RED, i use PDL+Knight Shaltear ( shaltear tank the shield i think) + Aura 5*/ Brain5*
i have 42k magic crystal saved up should i pull for her or skip lol right now my main team i used for all pve is red blue green albedo and plat dragon who would i replace if i pull for this Shalltear
thanks to be honest i had about 43k and now have 27k left gonna saved up for the next Astral wish banner unit hope its also gonna be broken next whoever comes lol

If you'll commit to 100 pulls i suggest going for arclight first so that you can guarantee your arclight and redeem the character at 100

@william3594 if you already have the arclight you can switch over to the character summon. Your pulls will carry over, you just need to hit 100.

Got 2 copies of character(first multi and 1 from 100 ticket summon) and 2 arclight with just 100 ticket.. worth it

8 Multis and I managed to get her arc light and 2 copies of her I’ll go to 100 for the extra copy of her loving her so far

Yes you should, i have her and shes OP. Replace Green Albedo since having 2 mages is too squishy.
