Incredible work! You really push this format to its absolute limits. I appreciate the shout out too, though of course you get full credit for realizing such quality work so quickly. Couldn't have been easy. I've been considering trying to give NES composition in this style a whirl, myself - got any tips for a beginner? :)
my biggest advice is just to experiment and find fun sounds you can create! if you want to use a tracker then download dn-famitracker, though if you've never used one before i don't know if i can really recommend starting out with it? it's a kinda steep learning curve. but if you do then definitely mess around with instrument patterns and find some fun sound design. you should be able to find some ft tutorials here on youtube, i haven't looked in a while and i don't know which ones i would recommend but just have a look around. best of luck!!
