You are *living... Btw, same situation. All we can do is try. Obstacles just become a reason, when in reality, if it's good for someone, Allah gives it to them. No one can snatch someone else's opportunities away
Get admission in any European country, then apply for residence permit. Go to German embassy in that country, with your admission letter from a German university, your residence permit and Pakistani passport. You will get German student visa in 2-3 days. Then go to Germany. This will not work with tourist visa, because then you don't have RP. They will tell you to apply from Pakistan.
