The album is about her alter ego called Sasha Fierce so everything about that album had her wearing fierce makeup and metallic stuff. Hi there as far as the serious looks on the girls faces, the message of the song is to an ex who didn’t “put a ring on it” and basically missed out on having Bey as a wife.

But recently before the Renaissance tour it completely gave out and she had to get a serious surgery on it that had intense recovery. But she still performed on that knee.. most performers would cancel their tour. Like that new artist Tyla did and she’s like 21 years old, no kids and has great health.

The metal glove was because the ring was so huge. Like a brag that she needed to wear one to support such a massive rock on her finger. She had just learned the whole dance routine right before the recording of the video...and so she had to be aware of the constant moving camera and her marks. They did the routine in one take and nailed it.

Bey isn’t dancing as hard as she was due to recent knee surgery but she def still has it !!
She's still doing it, her voice is richer
She’s 42 and has 3 kids, it definitely affected her over the years and she got a knee injury but she can still dance!

You might also want to check out ‘Mexican Breakfast’, choreographed by Bob Fosse in 1969. You might be surprised to how similar the dancing is!
