2024 must a busy year of new tools D-Day anniversary and tours but since the sad passing of Roy Cross the team should make a Roy Cross art calendar 2025 as a tribute of his big success art. I can’t wait to see what 2025 new tools will be and the 85th Anniversary of the Battle of Britain Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to the Airfix teams.
Remember getting that kit for Christmas in 1977. Fantastic that it has been re-released . Might have to treat myself in the new year . Nice job on the pilot figure .😂
My nephew (7) will be getting his first Airfix kits in a couple of days. Starter sets for the Spitfire and the DB5. We have a full-size Spitfire in our local museum (along with a Zero) and while he's not seen any of the Bond movies, he does like cars.
Looking forward to the HC-4; hopefully the HAR 3 will follow soon. Finding crew figures is a pain; the only set I can find cost half as much as the model itself. Then there's postage to the US from Czechoslovakia to add to it....
I hope the molds for the 1/24 P-51D have been cleaned up. last one I checked out was a re-pop mess, mold misalignment, huge amount of flash. I would have picked on up but I had a bad feeling and yet to see one built on UTube.. Hope you guys keep putting out new kits, unlike Revell dragging out reboxed kits and those hideous boxes. Give them a run for their money Airfix !
