@@misses1768 thank you for the comment but may I ask why just my comment you posted this and I’m not upset I appreciate it but I feel like maybe this was a sign. 💕
@@Marleywiththelocs Just felt like you needed it 💕. I’ve heard about spiritually and locs but I don’t believe in it so I wanted to share with you the gospel of Jesus Christ. Jesus loves you!! God bless you.
see, this makes me think locs aren't right for my hair, im 9 months in and they do NOT grow, they not getting thicker, they haven't really lost twist pattern and they re like so skinny, not even pencil sized and i only have 100ish locs, and i can only interlock, i live in a really hot country and a retwist doesnt even last a week, which is bad bc then my locs start to marry instantly and have to pop them which is bad
There are so many factors that can play apart of your experience, however stay encouraged. Your experience won’t be the same as others. However I do recommend maybe going to a professional who can look at your hair and give you some recommendations and tips based on your hair type, daily activities, maintenance etc so you can start to see some visible changes
@@The_chardaegreenlee i dont have any stylists near me that work with type 4 hair. i moved countries recently and if i wanted to go to a proffessional id have to drive for like 6 hrs 😥 but yeah ive decided to give it three years and if im still not vibing its gonna be the end
I know this was posted 6 months ago, but I hope you kept them. Everyone's journey is different. That's what makes the journey so special and unique. I wash mines every 2 weeks and that helped with thickening them. I also brush my locs to help keep them trained and minimize the frizz. The brush is a soft type bristle brush. But I'm almost 3 years in and it is worth waiting it out.
It’ll take closer to 2 or 3 years for your loc’s to fully mature and fully harden, depending on your texture. They’ll fully be in whats called the adult phase then, I think
Your locs look so beautiful 😍! Thanks for sharing ❤️🙏🏿
The growth is insaaaaanneee!!!!!! ❤
How did your hair grow so fast
Riight I just said that
Patience

They're still maturing. You won't really start to see a change in length until you've had your locs for roughly 1 1/2 years

Im 1 year and 3 months locked. My locs are still kind of soft and Fluffy is that a good thing?

Yes, you're still in the baby stages.
You are gorgeous and your eyes are soo beautiful!❤
Everyone’s hair is different based on a lot of different factors. Hopefully they are hardening up a little bit!
Gorgeous
