It's the Holy Spirit that does the deliverance all the time whether through a person or himself personally which is what we call Self deliverance which actually is not because it's always the Holy Spirit that is delivering ppl. the Lord taught me that the best form of deliverance is repentance because when we repent,we immediately close the doors that allowed demonic oppression. The Lord may also lead you to a deliverance ministry but pray and fast to make sure its the Lord that is leading you there because truth be told very few people live truly consecrated lives for Jesus and most demonic transference happens through the laying of hands. It's the anointing of the Holy Spirit that breaks the yoke of bondage. As you praying and fasting, the anointing of the Holy Spirit can set you free and demons leave you immediately with nobody laying hands on you. This happens way more often than we share. If my people who are called by name will humble themselves and pray, turn from their wicked ways then I will hear and will heal their land.

I am not sure what your age is but if you are working and old enough to move out, please do so because you may find that ass you grow deeper and deeper in Prayer, the two different spirits will clash. Most of all pray and seek Guidance from the Lord for a way forward because you can only respectfully share your concerns with your mum but ultimately she has the full authority in her home.
