They were'nt realy Sinclair, though. It was just Alan titting about with the brand name. The Vega should never be mentioned, but the ZX Next is a proper Sinclair, (in spirit if nothing else), it even had the same case designer as the original Speccy, Rick Dickinson.
Not quite, the Loki was developed further to become the Konix Multi-System (Flare 1), the Jaguar (Flare 2) came much later and used very different technology. The Loki was certainly the last Sinclair in spirit, we agree there, but not in name. Plus it was never released anyway, or even shown to anyone for that matter, so the point is kinda moot.
@@TheLairdsLair I thought the Jag was a further development of flare 1. Such interesting times, can you do a video of it? Just think the whole 80s british computer scene is so interesting. And that Enterprise 128, could sinclair of used the graphic and sound chips in the Loki! I know silly thoughts.
Not Panther, that was nothing to do with Flare and was developed internally by Atari. Flare's only involvement was being asked to assess what Atari already had, at which point they recommended it being cancelled in favour of Jaguar.
I was a programmer of 1000 and 2068 when I was a teen. I loved those machines and thank Mr Sinclair for getting my start in computers in 1983!

As a kid I wanted a Sinclair (branded Timex here). Unfortunately it was difficult to even afford the DIY build your own system.
2:40 Isn't that Edward Woodward (The Equalizer)?
9:20 thats to funny🤣
When I was a young adult, I certainly would choose that pair over any Sinclair. The pair of boots, obviously 😂😂
Sinclair loki was the last sinclair.....which turned in to a Atari Jaguar.
