I love Damon's rule #2 Embrace the pain. I'm working on building my home business, and most of the time you find that people in this field, tend to picture it as an "easy" button that you just press and money falls from the sky into your lap. But the reality is that it is hard, it will take a lot of pain, a hard journey to success, but it is worth it. I need to get illustration orders done ahead of schedule so that I have sufficient time to confirm that the final product meets the customers needs. 2. How can I be the plug instead of the customer? Regarding my character design work, I need to develop and promote my own character designs and brand instead of handing it over to another company in exchange for a small amount of financial compensation. 3. What part of my craft am I obsessed with? I am obsessed with leveling up my ability to convey information through increasingly simple visual vocabulary.

Found a product that has a demand and become the supplier. 3. Customer satisfaction it's one thing to sell somebody something and not care how they like it but when you put your Blood Sweat and Tears into making the best product and your customers love it that's the best marketing you will get and the pride that you have from knowing that you're the best and have the best it's like nothing else
