Manuel that is awesome! I wonder if the ladies that said it was their first time would they do it again. They were going uphill at one point 😂 when he said 6 KM, that’s like 3 miles In 46 mins, I would still be walking today. 14K in total. Great job 👏🏾 👏🏾👏🏾

Hi this is Manuel. This is not the 1st time those ladies do this, instead this is the 1st time they run this specific route.
They ran 14 Kms (8.6 miles). The difference is that this route is not flat, it has some hills.
Also, these ladies are semi-pro runners, they are not like average women. 😊 Those girls are amazing
