I also really struggle to put into words how I’ve been feeling recently so I apologise if the beginning was a little bit confusing and rambled but hope it made some kind of sense ❤
Hi Freya! PLEASE get your vitamin D levels checked. So many of us are extremely deficient and it literally affects every system in our bodies - especially the neurological system. So many people who suffer from chronic anxiety and panick attacks are actually severely vitamin D3 deficient and when they get their levels checked and go on a high dosage of D3+ K2 the difference in their body and mood is night and day. I can attest to this myself.

Freya, I believe YOU are the best part of your videos. I’m probably your mum’s age, and my handbags cost less than £25, from charity shops. So I shouldn’t really be a subscriber- yet I never miss a video of yours. Despite all the wealth you’ve accumulated (due to your hard work, I realise), you have maintained a down-to-earthness, an attitude of gratitude, and are often endearingly self-deprecating. The love that you have for your family is very heart-warming. Your personality is what makes your videos so watchable.
I think it’s so lovely the way your grandmother looks after herself with her different outfits, make up and her painted toenails. What a sweetie, your family is lovely Freya.

Content idea: maybe a styling video, which you can do with stuff you already own so you don't have to feel like you need to unbox new things for us all the time. I bought the same long white dress from Abercrombie. Not usually something I would wear but it’s stunning, I added a waist belt in a colour that matched my shoes & bag and I felt it made it so much more wearable & for me it fixed the rib cage thing you mentioned!
