Super nice set up and so minimal. You can Melt little holes in the plastic box on each sodes for ari flow. I habe noch moisture issues and I store my cloth in simelar containers at home because I do not like bulky furniture anymore. For nice decor I use my blankets whixh I for Camping. Blessings and stay.safe.
I enjoyed watching your video I live in my van too always have a fan going to keep the air circulating which helps stop mould & foggy windows hi from Australia 🇦🇺
Yes, a fan blowing towards the windows works 100% and you still feel the circulation, even a small usb fan and no condensation at all for me at least so far this winter and I need the white noise for sleep as well...
@@myvanlife1 wonderful just a small USB fan 🪭 is all that you need I don’t worry about the white noise because I’m deaf 😂 & because the air is circulating all the time that’s what’s preventing any mould from forming I’m glad this tip has helped you I always keep a small fan going in my van 🚐 for this reason
That vinyl bag from IKEA would be ideal for you. Its always a work in progress your van is. Im not even living in my car yet and its a work in progress getting my gear together. Once my job ends Ill be living out of my little car.
@@marysiniawa5371 yes I will, but right now I don't have the lids on since I have 3. I have 2 more in my storage unit ...I will probably get that and my mattress topper..
Nice setup! I’m also finding it hard to find storage containers that fit and fill tight spaces. I’m about to hit the road, cross country in a little SUV.
You remind me of my sister....she never measures either. It drives me nuts lol. I'm the "measure twice buy once" person lol. Im sure I drive her nuts too. Nice set up though:)
@@lifemyway200 yeap, I had a feeling the shelf thing might not but I found use for it. The under bed storage could have if I had a wood platform but the cot legs are not straight.. anyway my friend is using it .. I didn't waste $13 ..😀
Seems like you struck out on some of your purchases. In my previous van setup, I bought a lot of items before I had even bought the van. Not a good idea as I had your problem of things not fitting or not buying the right thing. This time I was going to go with only things I owned. However, I kept watching YT videos and I'd like a van setup and then I'd buy a thing or two from that video. After 6 months I ended up totally replacing almost everything. I definitely spent too much money on shelving or cabinets which I later replaced. Now I have 5 or so in my storage. Measure, measure and think things through. Don't waste $$ like I did. I like your bedding. I have something similar - I changed from all gray and white to bright colors. I needed some stimulation! I had to cancel my early winter trip I'd planned because of either weather or doctor appointments. Now I'll have to take short trips no longer than 5 days or a week until after Feb. 20 because of doctor appointments. So hopefully in Spring I can head out somewhere. Not even sure yet where; I'll need to check weather and "state of the world" to decide.
I was going to say the same thing as Pinay always measure first. I know it's a work in progress. I would say crack a window and have a fan going for the Dewey mornings. My windows fog up even when not in the car it's cool.

Happy New Year! Everything is coming along great. Safe travels 💕
I would really suggest measuring every space. When it's so tight, you have to know exactly what you have to work with.
I have that bedspread set. Love it.
Poke holes in the plastic containers to get some air flow in them

Nice that you have thought about protecting yourself.
Awesome enjoy the trip😊
Hello 👋 from California
I would hit the road if I didn't become a dad late in life. We love stealth camping cheers subbed.
Great video 👍
For that narrow space by the bed look up bathroom shelves
It's harder in a small space. ❤

Measure twice.....cut once as the saying goes.

Do you have a back up camera? 🙂

You should measure things before you buy things so you don’t have to return them.
@@pinay328 I know 😂 but I gave them to a friend ..

Yes because returns end up in the landfills
you should have measured after opening package very good ideas for storage but you have to measure
Thank you.
IKEA is the best
Just leave the lids off your bins
