Yes, your video is very helpful. I'm recovering from frozen shoulder capsulitis that began more than a year ago. I followed your press-pull-release technic and that helped a lot to soften my tightened muscles around my shoulder and arm. I'm still gardening so I love to return to your video when I feel pain. Thanks so much!

portofino44 Hello portofino44, I thrilled to hear my videos are helping you. Thanks for commenting. And thanks for the good wishes from Maui : ) Best, Gary Crowley
Thanks Gary good information as usual although I am having a terrible time of releasing my trigger points. I don't feel as though I have released one yet but have only started in the last few days. It must be because of many, many years of neglect. I will keep trying using your techniques as my body seems 'racked' with them and wants to kick back at my efforts. Keep up the good work.
Hi Michael, Just be patient and persistent. Stick with it and you'll get better at knowing what to do and how to do it. "Time and pressure" my friend, "time and pressure"...and knowing where it press! All the best, Gary Crowley
Hello Cassie, I have no experience working with Monder's disease or cording, but I would think you might get some benefit from going through my Shoulder Joint Pain Relief page,www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/shoulder-joint-pain-relief.html and freeing the tissue on the front of your chest, side of the armpit, etc. You could gently try and work on the tight tissue itself that has been diagnosed as Monder's or cording and see if there is any benefit, but I think releasing the other areas I show you in my videos may help even more. That said, I don't have any experience with this symdrome, so go slowly and use common sense. Stop if you feel it's not helping. All the best, Gary Crowley
Hi Darcy, You can potentially get a lot of relief with the techniques on my website. Fibromyalgia patients have tissue may tend to be a bit more stubborn, but with a bit of patience it will let go. Then if you can learn some of the key spots to work on your body that give you substantial relief, you may have some very useful tools. All the best, Gary Crowley
I'd recommend my free Pelvic Girdle Pain Relief page, www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/pelvic-girdle-pain-relief.html It will show you how to free all the inappropriate tight tissue around your pelvis. Bones only go where soft-tissue pulls or holds them. Best, Gary C.

This is a lot like Thai-style massage (which really isn't massage, rather paid torture). On my way to the sciatica page!
Thanks Gary, you've helped me in 3 different areas

Do you have any techniques for Monder's disease or cording?
