Thanks for your review. This is the most honest review about this car I have seen so far. I was going to buy a 2018 Niro and just happened to see your review. Now I thing I have to change my mind. Thanks again and you are my life saver!
Thanks for your review, I was going to get one because of the looks, practicality but not totally trust it’s reliability, after hearing your experience I won’t do it. I wish there more manufacturers make cars of this size shape, and engine size and economic on gas.
I seen your review in Hebrew too and its not feel to me reliable , You had a blue niro before that you don't like, And you buy another white niro? Same issues with the white? Can you explain to me what's going on???
Luckily this is 2023 gregoroian and we should know that the heat exchanger should be bypassed so coolant doesn't keep getting in the catalytic converter. Kia needs to re-engineer that.
Dear LongReino, please report your situation to the office of the state attorney. Replacing 10 catalytic converters is an issue with organized crime in your country not the car. Simply submit your records to appropriate agencies and thus do good for your society.
Bro. Five catalytic converters? That’s called a “lemon law car for us”. It means the car is trash and they give you your money back. I like Kia but it seems like their quality is not as good as Honda or Toyota or Mazda. Peace.
What's the point if driving a hybrid if you're unwilling to drive it properly? 10L/100km is very wasteful. I'm doing usually less than 4.5, so You can be economical but you just don't care. I've got mine MY2020 for 2 years, 35000km and works perfectly, very frugal, loads of space, features and its mostly very nice quality interior. Plus spare parts are super cheap compared to most other brands. I guess you can blame local dealership for failing to repair it correctly
Well, you're right about being wasteful, but that's just me... Regarding parts - well, I don't know about cheap, everything was covered under warranty, so at least that.

What did you buy instead?
You can buy a Niro without any hesitation. They are good cars.

Mine has 80K miles, never broke anything at any point. Maybe I got lucky.
@@Macmax7077 makes me feel a lil better I got a 2017 LX.. if nothing else it'll just be like my old BMW or better
Very sorry for your bad luck. I own a Niro, it is 3.5 years old, almost 90.000 km and no issues :)
I have Niro ! 2021 year . It can make 26 km per one lite of petrol ⛽️
what do you mean I had my 2019 Kia niro for almost 3 years and 92,000 miles on it and no problems yet

Hopefully at some point mechanics and KIA engineers themselves will know how to fix it 🙏
Are you saying coolant is getting passed the head gasket and into the catalytic converter?

he's not in the US.
Thank you for the review
Change oil in gearbox every 60.000 km and no problem

Did you have any battery issues?
No sir. Just once the car didn't start, but after pressing the battery reset button I've never had any issues.

Where are you from? Is yours made in Korea?
hello :)
I'm from Israel and mine is made in Korea indeed.
Reading the comments and listening to your "review", it sounds like your car is faulty.
How can you say 10 km/liter ??? It should be x liters/100 km !
