the use of heated instrument doesnt cause apical extrusion ? im imagining it as if we are doing warm compaction ,,,
We are using heated instrument in coronal third, no chance this heat will reach apical third.

There is no point of putting crown if RCT is not upto the mark because it can pain after putting crown.
