    Ingredients:
    For yeast activation:
    3 tsp instant dry yeast
    1.5 tbsp sugar
    90 ml lukewarm milk
    For dough:
    3 cups all purpose flour
    1 tsp salt
    2 tbsp milk powder
    1.5 tbsp fresh cream
    180 ml lukewarm milk
    For basting:
    1 tbsp milk
    1 tbsp butter
