Yup and yup. If you want to win as killer you should tunnel. If you hook someone and cant immediately start a new chase and a gen or 2 pops you should immediately return to the hook. Preferable would be to slug the unhooker and then tunnel the unhooked (hopefully timed to avoid deliverance). It pulls survivors off gens. If they don't pick up the downed survivor then hook and return to your first person you hooked. Against good survivors its best to 2 or 3 hook only 1 or 2 survivors then 1 hook the other 2. You cant keep up with gen speed unless you pull people off of gens by creating pressure via slugging and tunneling.
