Hi this Video is this PC running on Performance Mode, I capped the FPS because it would stutter if I did not cap it. Older Hardware with uncapped FPS = Stutters and Lag. I cannot make a uncapped video because I already sold this PC Sorry.
i have to much stutters i mean if i am in the game and play and boom i got a stuttter this is happining every time if i hear shooting or if something is loading but i hate stuttering I have the same gpu OVERCLOCKED TO 175 core and 300 memory i am using the "GTX 750 ti Gaming" and my cpu is i5 4570s turbo boost on (3.6 ghz) 24gb ram ddr3 NOT OVERCLOCKED A ssd with 858gb free (1 TB SSD) 500gb Harddrive 110gb ssd In the Nvidia control panel settings i have this on performance but i turned off (shader cache) because if i have shader cache turned on i have stutters and vsync "ON" Because this is feeling smoother for me The Performance of the GPU is perfect but i still have to much stuttering and i am using my GPU for like 2 years that means i buyed my gpu 2019 (I am not able to buy a new gpu)

Have you tried to play on performance mode? That will play much smoother.
i have the same specs but i i have 30 fps how u show me the setting pls
It's on performance mode, low settings and 900P resolution
Please un cap framerate
