Cara yang ada pada video diatas bisa juga digunakan untuk mengganti fuser film sleve pada printer HP laserjet 2035. Untuk jenis laserjet 1102, M402, pada dasarnya sama saja, yang membedakan hanyalah cara memmbongkarnya saja. Pada saat penggantia fuser film yang harus diperhatikan adalah gunakan komponen fuser film sleeve , pressure roller dan fuser film sleeve grease yang berkualitas bagus.

Got a printer from work that we couldn't repair for a client that was ghosting really badly, it had a brand new toner cartridge that was put in to troubleshoot but that didn't fix it. Figured it was the fuser so work told me to throw the printer out, asked them if I could have it to try to fix. Took it home and seen the fuser film was really bad so ordered one online for $13 and because of your video I have a perfectly functioning laster printer with a brand new toner cartridge that would have went in the trash.

I just replaced my fuser using these instructions. I was a bit leery of removing all the electrical connectors off the board by pulling them by the wires. This is usually a no-no. However, these are so small I didn't seem to have much choice. Hopefully nothing was damaged. I won't be able to test it until tomorrow when I get a toner cartridge in.The only other note is when removing the back panel, there's a metal tray in the bottom of the printer that is connected to the back panel. If you lower the metal tray from the front of the printer and just leave it connected, it will slide right out the back of the printer when you remove the back panel. No need to separate these two.

@@el_azmie coba bongkar scannernya, terus geser lampu scanner ke tengah,, setelah itu coba lagi. biasanya langsung bagus lagi. kalau setelah bagus kemuadian bunyi gear lagi berarti mekanik scanner bermasalah

@@el_azmie sama-sama. sebenarnya saya belum pernah service untuk tipe itu.. tapi dari pengalaman untuk tipe lain biasanya lampu scanner macet ga bisa bergeser jadi bunyi keras

@@technodand awal nya printer normal,karna tray kertas satu nya dlu patah dan sudah diganti,setelah itu diganti printer ready tapi pas printah print malah narik kertas dua kali yg ketiga eror paperjam kertas nyangkut diposisi tengah sebelum masuk ke pemanas nya om
sudah coba dilapisi pakai lakban atas sama bawah disalanoid nya,juga udah pasang lapisi diatas nya juga om
