Great video. They do still do it like they did in the old days, the difference now being the selling price. If you want quality you have to pay for it.
Amith - you have put your finger on it. Most of this work is a limited one-off market whereas some of the designs would be fantastic if produced on a larger commercial scale and the price could come down. Of course there would be compromises but it could still be great quality.
