I have super sensitive, dry skin. I also have psoriasis and granuloma annulare. Hopefully I can give out some helpful info for those who also have psoriasis. • Dove body wash, as well as thankyou body wash is basic and does the job without irritating my skin. • Moisturiser, I use the dermaveen (DV) thick cream on my psoriasis patches, I could use it 10+ times a day and my psoriasis will still be dry, but it does keep it comfortable and will make it go away if you’re very very consistent. • On my face I use the DV facial moisturiser, it keeps the psoriasis and GA away, and it’s not irritating. The key with psoriasis (and GA) is to keep the skin well moisturised and avoid any skin trauma as it can cause a new patch. Any kind of AHA/BHA even exfoliation is too much for my skin! Very very rarely I will exfoliate, but it can cause a flare. I’ve been using the lush orange scrub - it smells amazing and is salt/sugar based. When it comes to shaving I use the Australian natural soap company’s shaving bar soap. Only thing I’ve found that doesn’t cause irritation. If I do cut myself or apply too much pressure to my skin, you best believe I could cause a flare!
To add to a ridiculously long comment: • I use Jergans ultra healing moisturiser on my body wherever I don’t have psoriasis. • I add 1-2 pumps of bioderma Atoderm body oil to my body wash everytime I wash. ☺️

Not for the price, it dissolved really really fast... but it smelt really nice soooooooo... And ummm yes the pink one from Sol De Janeiro is the BEST!!!!!!

what's your opinion on the the cerave smoothing salicylic acid cleanser for KP on the body? i know you mentioned it briefly in your video 'which cerave cleanser is right for you?' but would you say that is on-par with your recommendations in this video? or these recs are better? loved this video as always, your recommendations and knowledge are invaluable and i always get a little thrill when i hear your voice in chemist warehouse ads on tiktok, so happy you're getting the recognition you deserve and thanku for existing u amazing bean
Have you tried the Vagheggi Rehydra intense moisturising cream? I got a free sample of it and a little went a long way I found it absolutely awesome. But then of course the full product is super expensive for a tiny jar 😭. I'd be interested if you've tried it do you know any good substitutes. Love your channel!

It's the only place I've seen it in aus, but I know it's all over the internet. I haven't tried anything else from the brand though and I haven't heard it talked about much
I’ve been using the ‘Om SHE Aromatherapy Golden Body Pre Tan Sugar Scrub’ (bought it for pre tan but don’t see why you couldn’t use it otherwise) but it’s like $15 on Amazon and and has aloe Vera and rosehip in it, isn’t messy and the vanilla scent is sooo good
