৮ মিলি মিটার এক ফুট রডের ওজন = ০.১২০ কেজি।
১০ মিলি মিটার এক ফুট রডের ওজন = ০.১৮৮ কেজি।
১২ মিলি মিটার এক ফুট রডের ওজন = ০.২৭০৬ কেজি।
১৬ মিলি মিটার এক ফুট রডের ওজন = ০.৪৮১২ কেজি।
২০ মিলি মিটার এক ফুট রডের ওজন = ০.৭৫১৮ কেজি।
২২ মিলি মিটার এক ফুট রডের ওজন = ০.৯০৯৭ কেজি।
২৫ মিলি মিটার এক ফুট রডের ওজন =১.১৭৪৭ কেজি।
রডের পরিমান নির্ণয় করার পদ্ধতি।
10 mm = 0.616 kg/m = 3 suta
12 mm = 0.888 kg/m = 4 suta
16 mm = 1.579 kg/m = 5 suta
20 mm = 2.466 kg/m = 6 suta
22 mm = 2.983 kg/m = 7 suta
25 mm = 3.854 kg/m = 8 suta
8 mm -7 feet -1 kg
10 mm -5 feet -1 kg
12 mm -3.75 feet - 1 kg
16 mm -2.15feet -1kg
20 mm -1.80feet -1kg
22mm -1.1feet -1kg
উপরে যে কনভার্ট সিস্টেম দেয়া হয়েছে, এর প্রতিটি যদি আপনার জানা থাকে তাহলে বাস্তবে কাজ করা আপনার জন্য অনেক সহজ হয়ে যাবে।যেমন, ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং সিস্টেমে রডের আন্তর্জাতিক হিসাব করা হয় kg/m এ।আবার বাংলাদেশে সাধারন লেবারদের সাথে কাজ করার সময় এই হিসাব জানা একান্তই জরুরী এছাড়া ও নিম্নোক্ত বিষয় টিও জেনে রাখুন । বাড়ির তৈরিতে রড হিসাব নিকাশ। এই সুত্রটি মনে রাখুন ( রডের ওজন = ডায়া x ডায়া ➗ ৫৩২.১৭ ) যেকোনো ডায়া রডের এক ফুট ওজন বাহির হবে।। এখনে অবশ্যই রডের ডায়া মিলি মিটারে উল্লেখ করতে হবে।

Where 'D' and 'L' are the diameter and the length of the rebar respectively. Take the value of diameter in terms of millimeter and length in terms of meters. You will get the results in kilograms (Kg).

আপনাকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ আপনার মূল্যবান মতামত দেওয়ার জন্য। দোকানে তো সব সময় মেজারমেন্ট বা ওজন করেই দিবে কিন্তু যদি আপনার জানা থাকে প্রত্যেক পিস রডের ওজন কত সেক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে ঠকানো টা কষ্ট হবে বা আপনার সহজে ঠকবেন না তাই ওজনের মেজারমেন্ট টি জেনে রাখাই উত্তম।

আমি ৩ টন রড় কিনবো,সেখানে হাফ টন কিনবো ৩ সূতা,হাফ টন ৪ সূতা,বাকি ২ টন ৫ সূতা,এখন সেটা পালা দিয়ে মেপে দেয় তাহলে কম দিছে নাকি সেটা কিভাবে বুঝবো,কত মিমি করে পইরান থাকে,সেটা একটু বলবেন?

আপনার ভিডিও দেখে ভালো লাগলো কিন্তু আমি বুজতে অনেক টা কষ্ট হছে পারলে আরেকটা বাংলা এমন একটা ভিডিও দিবেন কেনো না আপ্নে যেই ভাবে বলেন যেমন ১০ mm ৩ সুতা ৬২ কেজি আবার দিছে ৬২×১২=৭.৪৪ কিন্তু একটা পিস রট কত কেজি আমি বুজতে পারি নাই পালে কমেন করবেন নাইলে ভিডিও দিবেন ধন্যবাদ আপনাকে
ধন্যবাদ আপনার মূল্য বান মতামত দেওয়ার জন্য। এক পিস রড় এর দৈঘ্য ৪০ ফুট। সেক্ষেত্রে ১০ এম এম প্রতি ফুট ওজন D^2/162.2 =10x10/162.2=0.616 কেজি / মিটার । ০.৬১৬/৩.২৮১=০.১৮৭ কেজি /ফুট । সেক্ষেত্রে ৪০ ফুট রডে ওজন ৪০x ০.১৮৭ = ৭.৫১ কেজি
রডের ওজন হয়েছে সাড়ে সাত কেজি
রড বিক্রেতারা কিভাবে ক্রেতাদেরকে ঠকাবার চেষ্টা করে সে বিষয়ে বিস্তারিত বিবরণ দিলে ভালো হয়। বলা হয়ে থাকে যে বিক্রেতাদের অনেক ধরনের কসরত যার মাধ্যমে ক্রেতারা সঠিক পরিমাণ থেকে বঞ্চিত হয়। এ বিষয়ে বিশদ ব্যাখ্যা দিয়ে একটা ভিডিও পোস্ট করলে ভালো হয়।

১৬মিলি রড এক বান্ডেলে কয় পিস রড থাকে?
আমার যতটুকু জানা আছে সে অনুযায়ী একটি ভাণ্ডিলের দুইটি রড থাকতে পারে
প্রতি পিজ রডের দৈর্ঘ্য কত?
সাধারণত প্রতিটি রডের দৈঘ ৩৯ থেকে ৪০ ফুট হয়ে থাকে।

আপনার প্রশ্নটি সঠিক ভাবে বুঝতে পারি নাই। কি জানতে চেয়েছেন।
একটি 12 পিলার কত কেজি রট লাগবে
প্রশ্নটি সম্পন্ন বুঝতে পারছি না। ১২ টি পিলার বুঝলাম। কিন্তু কত এম এম এবং কয়টি করে রড আছে প্রতি পিলারে ? প্রশ্নটি করার জন্য ধন্যবাদ।
স্যার আমি জানতে ছাই তিন সুতা রড কত ফুটে এক মন
৩ সুতা অথ্যা ১০ এম এম প্রায় ৫৩১৯ ফুট এ ১ টন/ মন।
সূত্র ১০^২/১৬২.২ =০.১৮৭ কেজি
=৫৩১৯x০.১৮৭=৫৩৪৮ ফুট
