there are historicists (even Christian historicists) that don't believe there was a Q document (for example Mark S. Goodacre). It's not a thing of mythicists

A dram is an old unit of measurement. Like many old measurements, how much it actually was differs. But once standardised measurements became a thing, it was defined as 1/8 of a fluid ounce (but the size of a fluid ounce also varies, being slightly larger in the US measures vs the British imperial measures). Even for alcohol measurement, "a wee dram" could be anywhere from 35 to 45 ml.
