    Very ... ummm cool? (Pun was far too easy!). Nice review, Ben, as always. I had no idea such a thing was possible; I'm pumped to see this.
    Will definitely show this to the chief cook; maybe this will provide an opportunity for me to assistin that area. So glad I subscribed back then for many reasons. The fact that I probably wouldn't otherwise have known about this, is just one more!

    Whoa. It looks like a work of art. And the packaging? You can tell they put a lot of thought into this. Reminds me of the products from Brio. (A small, young firm in Michigan that makes electric shavers, toothbrushes, etc.) I love to cook and have thought about sous vide because of all the awesome things I've heard, but I try to avoid using plastic whenever possible. :/ If I were to get one, this would probably be it.
    Maybe a review of the vacuum sealer if it's good for other stuff, not just food? Idk. Looks sick tho.

    Do these immersion sous vide sticks work even with the pan covered? Or is the everything loss through having the pan uncovered somehow necessary for the thing to maintain the temperature correctly?

    • @AuthenTech
      @AuthenTech  6 лет назад

      Yes you can cover or uncover

    For country like mine Indonesia sousvide its not popular because the electricity is limited by 1,1kwh or 2,2kwh per house. I use rice cooker 1,8liter 300watt 220volt price around 17USD and for the thermostat use "sonoff th10 wifi". I think sometimes you must try to cook sousvide with cheaper and low watt tools so everybody can enjoy sousvide.

      You could honestly do this with a couple candles under the pot honestly. All these are is fancy heaters that control there own temperature. With candles you'd have to monitor the temp every now and then but it'd require no electricty.

    I'm hoping to move out of my parent's house in the semi-near future, and I'm not the best cook when it comes to meat. This sounds perfect. :)
