Yes. If the bathtub overflows upstairs, if the roof has a hole and water comes in. WATER GOES DOWN. But this should be covered in the event under your renters insurance. You can pick and choose your rental plan. Mine is up to $10,000 worth of property replaced
Way less light, pretty much no privacy, more heating/cold floor (can be nice in summer tho so thats Equalized), more likely to have noise from upstairs, Bugs and animals come in way easier. Lived in groundfloor before with windows into the backyard: Never again Especially privacy was a huge issue aswell as the light Combine little privacy and constantly having your curtains pulled + low light. Its basically a dark cave with no privacy Cant even think about how it must be having windows to the street.
While some people may prefer GF for specific reason , bike, pets, some TT even admit they are noisy and prefer GF etc... I can see why a lot of TT would avoid and in some cases the GF are better priced.
I have no garden and I have no baby -
Great pros there ;)
I’m glad you’ve found this helpful :-)
What about a problem with water leak from above?

Yes , that’s true . Although if it’s well insulated it can make a difference. Checking the EPC is always a good idea 👍
