I like paper weights. I went to my local goodwill and found a cool glass apple. It was priced $34.99. I asked a clerk if that was correct. She came back with a new price of $2.99. Standing in line was chatting about finding Tiffany crystal at a garage sale for a couple of dollars that was worth way more. Little did I know, when I got home, that glass apple had the original Tiffany & Co. label and was engraved on the bottom as well. Went to the Tiffany website. It is currently selling from their store for $135.00. Total score!!!😁😃
I have a big Lladró collection with some rare figurines in mint condition and original box. I have no space for them so I am looking to sell some for a good price if you're interested!
Missed watching your videos the past week, catching up now . You scored at this estate sale ,such awesome deals . Wow on the Franciscan apple ,what a bargain . On to the next video to catch up . Tfs Jeffery ,love your channel . Blessings Kathy in South ,Tx 😉
I found Royal Doulton figurine dated 1949-1953. I paid $4 dollars at Goodwill. But I saw it priced at $650 online. Another website priced it for $199 , I could probably list it for a starting price of $99 and it would easily be sold. That was among my best buy this year. Then at an Estate sale I found a Giuseppe Armani figurine lady 18" for $95 and saw it listed on Ebay for $750
All kinds of good stuff is in the stores because responsible people are staying in. Just sitting here watching videos of my thrifted who can't seem to help themselves.
In California they make it clear, NO CHECKS. Recently I bought a dollhouse for over a grand, first thing the man selling it to me says ‘cash, no checks accepted’ and I was like WHO USES CHECKS?! I use it only to pay rent hahaha.
It's either carry a load of cash (you never know how much you'll need) OR write a check at many estate sales around here. I prefer the check method because it's automatically entered into my book-keeping.
I went through a whole box of cheques one year when I lived in a small town, even used them at garage sales. Now I live in the "city" of Moose Jaw with 35,000 people. I have put my chequebook away. Yes, I know we Canadians spell it weird sorry.
I picked up a big Lladro figurine at my local Thrift for $8 recently-no one knew what it was. Just the other day, I picked up a "NAO by Lladro" figurine at the same place. Royal Doulton figurines end up out on the Bric-a-brac shelf with all the angel figurines and the other usual dreck, too.
6:20 looks like polish pottery. Hard to get. Also I see that Apple design at EVERY antique store. Side note: get anything marked a Scandinavian country. Very few and far between. I always pick that up and it sells fast.
I was at my Goodwill and saw a woman holding a piece that looked like Polish pottery. I so wanted to ask her if I could just see if it was but some people are not comfortable with old ladies lol. I wanted to know so I could tell her if she made a big score
Wow! That's a great price on the Franciscan Apple. I started collecting it recently. I started because the resale on it is pretty good, but decided I liked it and might as well keep it for myself.
First? Thanks for being so human and talking about the cash situation. Totally something that would happen to me. Hope your debit card is now set up! Liked the paintings, crocheted trivets, Afghan, quilts, and embroidered pillow cases. Will you list the Franciscan Apple by place settings? The kitten Lladros are lovely. Have a great day and stay safe.
Ill list them by type: berry bowls, dinner plates, cups/saucers etc.. The place setting thing is a little touchy because not everyone wants certain pieces.
I had this idea when I moved to my apartment that I would have casual lunches with my friends. I bought random old plates thinking a mismatched set of really pretty plates would be fun. Was going to start with glassware and other pieces too but no one comes for lunch except my sister. We did use my pretty stuff. I use it myself. Glad I am not the only one to do that.
I let it expire and the card was coming up invalid when I called the number. I ended up going in to the bank for them to switch it on a few days later.
Its so dumb that we still dont bring along an old towel or something to put breakables on in our carts🥴😂youre so funny, since it seems nobody takes checks anymore i only use debit card for eberything & never have cash!
Wow!

Love the Lladro pieces! ❤️ My husband is Spanish so every time we go to Spain to see his family I like to pick out a piece.
Checks??? Huh???? Who takes checks??? West Coast is a check free zone. I am completely amazed that you use checks, Jeffrey😮! Good finds, Bro!!!!
I live in the Midwest and still use checks. Not as many as before, but they are still useful.
In California they make it clear, NO CHECKS. Recently I bought a dollhouse for over a grand, first thing the man selling it to me says ‘cash, no checks accepted’ and I was like WHO USES CHECKS?! I use it only to pay rent hahaha.
Berry bowl? Just learned something new today. People still use checks? Learned another new thing.
i live in the middle of the USA, and when we have to renew our vehicle license plate, we have to use checks, not check cards. weird!
It's either carry a load of cash (you never know how much you'll need) OR write a check at many estate sales around here. I prefer the check method because it's automatically entered into my book-keeping.
I still use checks especially in smaller stores because the store has to pay a fee on every card swiped.

Absolutely loved the mermaids! What great finds!/
That sugar and creamer set looked like Poland
Enjoy what you do buy. Vintage is for real products from your video. Keep it real. Live it that way
Im going into thrift withdrawals! Ive been avoiding crowds until things improve with the health situation. These videos are my lifeline!

Great video can't wait to see the figurines !!!
Woooow!! Fantastic haul! Nice job💚
I think the mermaids are 50's. I looked on Ebay sold and you should be able to get at least 30 or 40.
Loved the whole lot!
LOL. Love how good will censored the topless mermaid.
Those mermaids are so adorable! 👏🏻 I noticed they put two price tags on the chest area ☺️
Lladros dont sell very well on ebay because there's so many like with precious moments. Sad no one wants to buy anything anymore.
I can't wait for tomorrow that's gonna be great 👍 yay
Great haul!!! Love Lladro.

Jeffrey why didn't you just set your card up there 😂 it probably would have taken less time ❣️
Frances Brown totally. There is usually a number on the back of the card you call.
I let it expire and the card was coming up invalid when I called the number. I ended up going in to the bank for them to switch it on a few days later.
Wow! Some nice goods!🖐👍😁

You need a personal assistant.

I love Llardo! But, cat figures are not my thing. 😔 Stay well, Jeffery!
