People have to open an ABSA account to be able to receive money, what an inconvenience. Back in my varsity days I was a functional addict (cat & coccaine). I was on the drug for many years but I took it in moderation so it never showed.
I knew how to find a new dealer in any area I went to, and believe me when I say I have only come across a south African dealer once, in the 5 year period when I was using. It was always Nigerians selling no matter where I went. My 3 dealers when I was a student were all Nigerians.
