Thank you for your video! Learning all these new terms, percentages and angles etc. can be overwhelming... you have allowed me to learn and understand in laymen’s terms... I just bought the 130X by Blade and enjoying every flight... thanks again!
These vids are absolutely awesome. Just picked up a Blade Nano CP S and am using a DX6i that I've had for a couple years... I had been flying the fixed pitch 120 SR for a while and could fly CP on the simulator. It was programming the transmitter that I had trouble with. After watching this series, I feel much more confident with programming my DX6i!
great post man im starting to get this whole heli thing i sure have the fever lol cant wait to get my align trex 450 next week and start putting it togeather im flying a WL toys V922 now but it was a rtf heli so getting my hands in there and setting up a heli is all new to me thanks for the vids
Thanks Ray, i too are learning from trial and error, and with your videos you make things a lot easier to understand. I agree with you on this hobby it is so great
Hi Ray, I have been watching your videos for the past 2 years. I have been flying electric helicopters for 2 years as well. I must say I enjoy your presentations where they are very informative. I do have an issue with one of my helicopters right now. Just so you know I do not fly in stunt mode, not ready yet. Do however fly open air circuit, and hover in any position , figure eights ect... Ok down to the point. One of my Blade 450x went down due to a high wind situation one day. I replaced all 3 cyclic servos. I went through the whole BeastX setup which was fairly easy. Book says to set min and max pitch values a -12 to +12 degrees. Anyway trying not to make this too long, the helicopter does not feel like it used to. It feels very twitchy, and uneasy. My pitch at low stick is -1.9 mid is +3.7 and high is +12. My throttle curve is 0,35,65,75,80. My dual rates have always been 100 and expo has always been 0. Leveled swashplate perfectly, all servos arms are 90 degrees in setup G. Helicopter does fly correctly just very uneasy. Cant put my finger on why. By the way, besides the 3 servos, I also replaced tail boom, belt, rear tail case, and everything in tail case, main shaft, feathering spindle with grommets. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks.....
we fly from march to dec 10 months. we take off jan and feb ,and by that time i need a break for the holidays and just to get away from it for awhile .then in march you come back feeling fresh and ready to go
happy new year Ray to you and your family! please forgive me in the new year i guess i will be asking probably a lot of questions regarding set up. The isnt anyone close or near me within 100 miles of me to get my pro 450 set up via transmitter. i have understood your vids on thottle and pitch curves, however i dont wanna get off to a bad start. I have become very passionate about the hobby and intend sticking to it.just dont wanna get it wrong.lol . i guess its all a learning curve anyway.thanks
Hi man great vidz very helpful indeed. I have an issue with my tail on a trex 450, when i try to adjust the pitch on my tail it moves completely to the left or right depending on the direction i try to set the trim. I have no idea how to solve this problem, please help me.

i need more info is it a regular gyro or fly barless
im ok on my dx6i but i could use a bit of help adjusting the endpoints on channel 8 of my turnegy 9x
Great information, thanks for sharing. By the way, are you familiar with the Audacity P60? I was wondering if you knew anything about it.
Try to reset the gyro and re set up the gyro again it sounds like you need to reset the end points
Is a regular gyro i think, my heli originally was an align trex 450 Plus before i upgraded it.
we should get together and fly in the spring
no
Am I THE ONLY ONE that can't stand the clear film that comes on plastic parts??? I peel that shit off immediately.
