DCV me pressure keval LSD ke operate hone par hi jata hai. Empty condition me LSD koi pressure DCV me nahi jane deti hai.So DCV par pressure nahi pahuchega kyoki dono LSD operate nahi hogi.lekin jaise hi koi bhi LSD operate hogi yani wagon both side /one side loaded hoga to LSD operate ho jayegi and pressure DCV se hote huye -DV me pahuch jayega.DV us pressure ke according BC ko pressure bhejega.

At empty condition, pressure does not go through DCV, hence DV treat as empty and pressure in BC is 2.2 kg. But what about A9 in emergency in empty condition, I mean BC pr, IS it 2;2 or 3:8, as empty condition pressure does not go through DCV
