I played at a small college "back in the day" Tom, a guy that had been in the Armey and was in his late 20's came out for the team. He was a GREAT passer, and strong driver. Off the drive if you didn't have your head up he would hit you in the face with the pass. Pretty quick I learned that moving WITHOUT the ball was the way to go because he would find you. That is what I notice about Caitlans teammates. They are RUNNING to the spots. They are cutting HARD backdoor and working to get open because they know she will find them and they will see their scoring average rising. Great fun for one and all. Her assists are really what has caused her teammates to truly accept her now.

Playing soccer has helped her with court vision, advantage recognition, the important of the timing & weight of the pass, decision making, & how the dribbler can drag opponents so that other shots & passes open up. Clark is an advanced player playing against teams that are stuck in intermediate mode.

But now the rest of the team has improved so much in catching and finishing her passes. You can see it. Her assists have skyrocketed and turnovers are going down a little. lol
problem is the video you can make of her teammates not handling her passes or missing easy layups after catching them. They are getting a lot better lately. They have to get used to catching passes from someone who passes like a man. Her assist numbers will be off the chart the more they play. Her abilities make her fun to watch.
When you can control the flow and speed of the game the way she does, not giving her the ROY will be a disgrace to the game itself. Nobody threads the needle the way she does. Now that her teammates are getting more comfortable with her style her TOs should drop tremendously.
