It is basically a sign that the album's are official as well as it being korean press. For example bts released tear in the usa and Korea. If you buy it from a kpop store itll have a Korean press sticker on it but if you buy it in target or Walmart it's usa press so it wouldn't have the sticker

I ended up missing my chance for that one, since I joined Makestar not too long after it closed lol so I am curious how it differs from the normal edition, which I have. Fun (or not so fun) story in relation... I was lucky enough to win a signed copy of EGO from a certain Korean TV station... BUUUUT.... when the package arrived, the station sent me the WRONG signed album (it was Troublemaker's "Chemistry") and despite e-mailing I never got a response, lol, so I just bought the CD. Oh well... I don't want to blame the station too much, the one in charge of shipping these out could've been a crooked employee who switched out the albums. It was also the first package I've ever had opened by customs, but I doubt they switched it out.
