Nekopara is hentai, but they put effort into it, according to self titled "VN Experts".
Winged Cloud just makes random hentai images and posts them to Steam under the tag "Sakura (insert noun here)" and rakes in thousands. Also they have a patreon, aka a site where you can buy hentai from them.
