I googled about him a bit in Japanese. I thought he is Yakuza's lawyer, but turned out he represents branch of firms across Japan to support workers' rights -- the other words, Japan having high rate of suicide for stress from work, he helps suing the bad bosses. Well, I have much more respect for him.
Ok now that I have the highest likes on my comment, I regret not using the new account I opened up to make a channel of vlogs and stuff....but yeah, thanks everyone for liking and have a great day, work hard and be nice like Mr. Hiramatsu!!
+Izrahel Namson um why would anyone do that. Plus the people that lock them ways are probably rich people that has a different super car to drive everyday. Even if they wanna lock it in their garage and admire it everyday then they can. Stfu
robert335ijb4 well people who are owners of exotic cars may not drive their cars every day or even a few days a week simply because they bought it as an investment. If you look hard enough, you can find an exotic car like the Ford GT or an SLS AMG going up in value from a really low price, but I personally don't drive my gullwing too often but it's just our point of view I guess lol
I agree this guy is an absolute hero. Our family has a few nice cars and we like to use them as much as possible not only because we've payed for them with our hard earned money but because its a great feeling when you see other people smile. If you don't drive and enjoy the cars as much as possible then there was no point in buying it. I would risk the value for the experience everyday of the week.
There's 2 types of people : 1. The rich people who respect, humble, kind, nice and care. 2. The rich who don't even care at all just think about they're lifestyle and others. And am happy for the rich ones who humble, nice like that and care, but sometimes they always blame cause people think they're the one who doesn't even care and just think about their lifestyle being selfish and show off.
1) Thats one of the reasons why the electric mode is there 2) Its called courtesy and being a human 3) the Japanese have very strict laws. You try revving a supercar at odd hours in residential places and cops will be at your door step within a few minutes.
couldn't of said it better, he treats it with respect and cherishes what he has earned and doesn't feel the need to drive it like a common pleb, unlike some of the rich boy arabs who crash their gold wrapped supercars going in a straight line
Not that he has just earned it, but he earned it by being a lawyer working for many companys across Japan, helping out the normal worker since the working norms in Japan are abysmal, hence the high work related suicide rate. So in a nutshell, you have a hard working lawyer, sueing the bad bosses in the name of your average person.
exactly, I hear if a lawyer lends you a p1, and you crash it thats a felony and life in prison, and if you crashed it while stolen then its death sentence depending on how good the lawyer is
+Nell 넬 yeah but here in Canada we have these ignorant people putting stupid loud fart can exhausts on rusted out Honda civics. Super pointless, just disturbs the neighbourhood.
Happens here in the US too. Revving just to get attention, I find it pointless and it is bad for the car, esp when they try to redline the engine during revving.
I like how McLaren acknowledges the gtr and even the camera man pans over to it on purpose, its rare to see a car advert do this, that's pretty cool I think.
lots of people use cars like these as their dailys. A man in san deigo uses is buggati veyron as his daily and many people drive 650s as dailys too. You are an idiot if you think this guy is the only person to daily a p1.
I enjoyed this video particularly because this man WORKED for this beautiful car instead of having it paid for. He contrasts greatly from big youtubers who take their wealth for granted. Don't take this the wrong way, some youtubers definitely work hard but in contrast to someone who works a 9 to 5 grind especially in an intense field such as being a lawyer, there is absolutely no comparison. Props to this man and I personally hope for his future success. Don't even get me started on Dubai kids rich off of oil
"The noise immediately drops off and it taxis in as a completely electric car..." That phrase, the word "taxis" really got to me. For most of us a car is a car; they drive, have four wheels, etc. But for him to describe something as mundane as parking as if he is piloting a spacecraft around a moon is an astounding thought to me. That describes to me the ceremony this car gives it's owner at any given time. Mr. Hiramatsu, I hope you read this one day because you are hero. Not because you own a P1, but because you can appreciate and describe what it means to you to have a P1 in a for all of us to relate too. My hat is off to you.
Thats what I like the most on this video, a future legend paying tribute to an absolute legend. I actually screenshot that and put it as my background eventhough its pixelated.
All unbiased mature car enthusiast would agree the R32 is a legend that destroyed many motorsport events in the late 80s and early 90s, it wasn't dubbed "Godzilla" for nothing. It was a technological marvel when it was released in 1989. Learn proper car history and go drive one in an outing before you comment like a 'hypercar bigot' man.
Fritz Asuro,Then the son is like, but daddy I wanted a veyron and a private jet. Dad says, don't worry son let me just go get the receipt, we will get a private jet, fly to Volkswagen and buy a Bugatti
Ever heard of Bryan Salamone? Divorce lawyer in the NYC area. Owns an Aventador SV Roadster currently. Always going to shows and stuff. Really interesting guy.
You got to factor in that their top lawyers work for government owned companies that get sued often cause of corruption and get paid a little more than top American and British lawyers kinda awesome actually
Love the hyperlapses and the vibes of this video. Love the N.Winding Refn "Drive" look and feel with a kind of Chromatics music, It works perfectly. The aerial view over the nightlight bridge give you the right sense of the scale. Beautiful work, power storytelling. Kudos to McLaren Automotive!
Beautiful car and really genuine, nice sounding guy. So glad to see this car gets real use, not just hidden under covers in a posh garage somewhere. Respect.
This is how you get people excited about your brand and products. I wish Porsche made a video this good without it being so cheesy(as they normally are). Nice work Mclaren. Subscribed.
one of the reasons i love cars is shown perfectly in this video. the car culture brings everyone from all corners of the world together. not many things can get a group of very diverse people together who can talk for hours. i don't care if you're Armenian, Turkish, Italian, Russian, Japanese, American, Arab, homeless, wealthy or whatever, if you love a McLaren P1 thats all it matters. unless you're a ferrari fan of course :) just in case this goes there i personally done discriminate. i love audi, bmw and benz i think they all have models that are good and models that suck. i also don't discriminate when it comes to lambo ferrari and mclaren but my favorite is the Pagani zonda. Dream car would be a PAGANI Huayra with a Zonda engine
An out of this world car like P1 deserves equally awesome paintwork and this color just makes this a phenomenal example. Perfect pair for the cool owner who thankfully drives the car regularly. This makes for a Japan’s properly running car.
cars in japan are very cheap, really cheap. an average guy in an average job can have one like that, but the authorities only let you have one after proving the car has a place to stay
Mad respect for anyone who daily drives their supercars. They're built for using them and showing them to the world so that others may find enjoyment in the sight of one, not for hiding away in museums and private collections. Reassuring to see this man drives his rare car as he should.
one thing i really love about japan is just how respectful the people generally are, it's deep rooted in their culture. I lived in north america most of time, and twice it has happened that some one bashed in my rear windows and once some one clearly purposely keyed my car out of spite. I end up having the habit of have to valet, or park right in front of the restaurant or shop i am at. When i was in japan visiting my sister, i see people parking their outrageously modded Ferrari, GT-R just right on the street. It's not even people who park there and go to lunch or work. It's just really that people who lives in apartment, maybe run out of parking spot, so they just park their super cars outside all year long. It's refreshing to see how unstressed owning a super car in Japan.
The Japanese car enthusiasts prefer their supercars, or in this case hypercars, to be left hand drive because they think that it makes the car more exotic. They have a lot of Lamborghinis, Ferraris and other European cars in left hand drive. It's their culture...
"About 300 meters before I arrive, the neighbourhood is entirely residential and I would rather not create a disturbance, so that's when I push the electric mode button" The amount of respect Japanese people have for others makes me speechless ❤️❤️
I respect this man because he drives a powerful car every day to work in huge city, in traffic, but he drives it normally without any racing things, just to save a speed and feeling of that power to the track. Awesome just awesome
I'm glad someone respects the supercar enough to use it. Too many supercars get stuck in a garage and forgotten. This man really appreciates and understands what a supercar is. Mad respect. Also I'm super jelly haha
I love the face of McLaren cars. They look like they have this big huge smile, which is what i imagine someone driving the car would look like as well.
I'm glad to see that their are some mclaren drivers that take their cars to tracks and back roads and push the car unlike people who just go straight on a highway props to this guy he's awesome :)
to me this represents how cool cars can spice up your life. It makes the mundane ritual of driving be an absolute blast, and it provides you with opportunities to squeeze the most fun out of life
Love this video! The p1 is my top of all top dream cars. So glad to see he drives it a lot let alone daily. I also drive my lamborghini & i8 daily. When I pull into the neighborhood as well I put the i8 in all electric mode too (even though its not all that loud anyways LOL) I know these are all sold out & gone & cost way more than I can afford...But I never thought I would be able to afford the cars I have no too...So one day...One day McLaren I will have a p1....Or...i'd settle for a 675LT spyder too :)
Props to you man it good to see that there are people out there who buy hyper cars to enjoy them not just to profit off of them we need more people in this world like you
I often think about this guy. It's great knowing there's someone out there in the world driving a P1 around every day. It's my favourite car and this is how I'd imagine I'd be too...props for the colour choice also.
love this video , it really shows how amazing that green is , the tunnel shots were just wow , the p1 is a piece of art for sure and this video proves it!!!

that was my initial thought as well... So any kids who want a P1 that's one proven way to get there XD
I admire his commitment to his family. God knows if I owned a P1 I'd forget their names.
Lol this guy
This guy is ice cold lmfao.
haha
lol...
lmao forget their names, id get a divorce and my P1 and i will have custody of the kids on the weekdays. Leave us with the Weekends
That guy is awesome. It's nice to see that he drives it and it's not locked away in a garage.
he is brave to the highest extreme as well because the drivers here in Japan are absolutely horrible
I agree, he tracks and daily it. That's another level.
+Izrahel Namson um why would anyone do that. Plus the people that lock them ways are probably rich people that has a different super car to drive everyday. Even if they wanna lock it in their garage and admire it everyday then they can. Stfu

Don't think so, P1 sounds pretty decent already.
This guy is a badass lawyer in Japan. He defends employees' rights and fights against bad employers. Deserves a nice car. Sick Color!

I thought you were BS'ing at first but holy shit you got yourself a Lamborghini 👍Good stuff, that just motivated me
SuperStar O can't believe I found you here haha. I'm in Cincinnati
Props to you man it good to see that there are people out there who buy hyper cars to enjoy them not just to profit off of them we need more people in this world like you
Cool Story. I am gald he is driving that thing.
I often think about this guy. It's great knowing there's someone out there in the world driving a P1 around every day. It's my favourite car and this is how I'd imagine I'd be too...props for the colour choice also.
Every billionaire should take this guy as an example.
Watched this months ago and enjoyed it just as much the second time!
What a legend.
This is the kind of man all sports cars need. Very respectful.
